Adding Lists to Groups

Article summary

There are two ways to add lists to groups. These are:

  1. At list creation
  2. From within groups

At List Creation

At list creation the system will ask which group it should belong to. Only one group can be selected here, but a group must be selected:

The entities are now shown with their group owner visible on the main page:

It is possible to edit the group owner once you have assigned it to a group, but all of the underlying signatories will have to be eligible to the group you are moving them to.

It is also possible to add the list to more than one group. This can be done by editing the list and scrolling to the Groups & Syncability section:

From Within Groups

Click the eye icon to view more information about the specific group:

Then click Manage Entities:

From here the current lists attached to the group can be seen, as well those that are not attached to the list:

To add the unattached list to the group, click the edit icon and scroll to the Groups & Syncability section (shown in the At List Creation section above).
