Audits and History

Cygnetise keeps a record of all changes made on the platform.

Cygnetise records:

• Who made the change
• What the change was
• When the change was made

You can view the history for your organisation or at specific entity level. For more information about viewing history at entity level, see History of an Entity.

To view organisational history, click History from the menu bar. From here you can view all changes made across the system.

Various search criteria and filters can be applied if you are looking for a specific change, admin user or date range for example:

Clicking on any of the Descriptions will display more details of the change:
