CSV Activity Export

It is possible to export all signatory activity for any entity.

• Simply click on Entities from the menu bar on the left
• Then click Activity Report CSV from the top right options

• Once clicked you will have the option to select a date range. Currently this is limited to a maximum of one month's worth of activity.

• When you have select the date range you are interested in, click on Download CSV to extract the data.
• The report will run in the background and the resulting CSV file will be emailed to the email address of the user that ran the report.

Once the file has been opened for example in Excel, it will look similar to the below screenshot:

• When a signatory is added the (Old) values will be blank.
• When a signatory is removed the (New) values will be blank.
• When a signatory is amended but no change has been made to a field, the (Old) and (New) values will be populated with N/A.

The changes are timestamped and reference the user who performed that action.

Currently the export does not cover any changes to images or entity details (e.g. Signature image, Cover Sheet changes or Entity name changes).
