The purpose of custom fields is to enable you to extend the platform to include additional relevant information for your lists and signatories.

Custom fields are often used to include details around signers including things like:

  • A signatory category
  • Job title/role
  • A payment limit

The custom fields work in conjunction with the notes or a cover sheet to include a more complex set of signatory rules. (See Adding a Cover Sheet for more information.)

Custom field settings are managed and owned by the Operational Admins.

Custom fields exist for both Entities and Signatories.
