Guest View - Entities

As a guest user, the entities page displays all the entities/lists under your organisation.

Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner to filter the lists down if required.

To view more details of any of the lists, simply click on the name of the list.

Once clicked, you are taken to the more detailed list view.

From here you can view the signatories as well as any list specific attributes they have (column headings across the top).

In order to view the Signatory PDF in full including the cover sheet simply click the View Signatory PDF button. A filtered signatory list can also be viewed. For more information, see Generating a List from a Subset of Signatories.

You are able to share the list by clicking the Share By Link button and choosing a share link.
