Invite External Users as Guests

It is possible to directly share lists on the application to external email addresses. When sharing in this manner any invited guests will be emailed to complete registration. Post completion they will have access to the list you selected to share with them.

To share a list:

• Click on the entity that you wish to share
• Click on 'Share by Email'

You will be taken to this screen:

• Populate the free text box with one or more email addresses
• Click 'Share'
• Emails included will be sent an email referencing your name and the list name informing them that they have been given access.

To view who has been given access to which list, click on 'Shared' from the menu.

Here you can see who has access to which list and revoke using the stop icon where neccessary:

From here you can also see pending invites where the invitee has not yet completed the registration process.
