If there are people you want to invite from a particular email extension (e.g. cygnetise.com or gmail.com) then this is possible. The benefit of this is being able to give guest access to a large number of people at once or to a number of internal people whose email address you may not have.
To set up Guest Access Links:
- Click on Security under IT Settings from the menu bar (you will need to be an IT admin to see this option)
- Scroll down to Guest Access
- Click Enable Link
- Once enabled, a link will display that can be sent out to the required users
- In order to restrict the link to one or more specifc email extensions, type the extension into the box and click "Permit Access"
Note: if the email extension box is left empty then anyone with the link can create a guest account to view your organisation's entities.
Once the invited user creates a guest account using that link, they will have read only access to all your organisation's entities (even ones set up in the future) and signatories.
All guest users attached to your organisation can be viewed via the "Users" menu option within the application on the left hand side, allowing monitoring of the guests who sign up with the link.
