There are various security settings that can be changed by IT admin users of the system. These are:
Four Eyes
The ability to turn on "Four Eyes" is controlled here. With this disabled, any change made by an admin is automatically committed to the database. When "Four Eyes" is enabled, a different admin has to validate the change.
Entity Share Links
The ability to disable the usage of share links. With share links disabled, any new links cannot be created and any existing links will not be viewable once clicked on. For more information about share links, see Share via a Link.
Mandatory Entity Share Link Passwords
When this is disabled, password protected share links are optional.
Recent Password Limits
You can select how often people are able to re-use previously used passwords.
Days Before Password Expiry
You can set how many days can pass before a password needs to be changed by users.
Session Expiry Time
Selected from a dropdown list. The time dicates how long a user in your organisation can remain inactive before any further action would require you to re-enter their login details.
Entity Sharing Strict Authentication
When this is enabled, guest users external to your organisation cannot view your lists without at least 2FA or single sign-on enabled.
Share Link Tracking
When this is enabled, users viewing share links will need to enter an email address to view it, enabling the recording of who has viewed a link.
Optional Share Link Tracking
When this is enabled, when creating a share link a user has the option to turn tracking on or off.
Share Link Watermarking
When this is enabled, a watermark will be added to the signatory list. When this is set to optional a user has the option to turn watermarking on or off when creating a share link or sending a notification.
Share Link Security
Here you can set a limit on the number of failed password attempts before a share link is automatically blocked. When enabled, the default number is 10 but this can be changed.
Two Factor
For more information about setting up Two Factor Authentication, see 2FA.
Guest Access
For more information about Guest Access, see Invited Permissioned Users via a Link.
