    It is simple to create a PDF of any entity/list that can be saved and sent to counterparts. The PDF is a combination of a cover sheet you may have uploaded combined with the signatories added to that entity/list.

    To produce the PDF:

    • Click on the entity/list that you want to view
    • Click on the View Signatory PDF button

    Once viewing the produced PDF, you can print, save the file to email or follow any other existing process.
