What is Sharing?
Sharing is distributing your lists either interally or externally. In this section we have outlined the different ways the system can support sharing, as well as which methods suit internal or external sharing (though the final choice is yours!).
The two main ways to share lists are either through share links or notifications.
Share Links
Share links are URLs that can be sent either internally or externally to people who are not users of the system. These links can be configured in a variety of ways, such as enabling password protection and tracking.
Notifications
Notifications are sent to 'subscribers' (someone, either internal or external, who needs to be updated about the list) and contain a link to view the updated list, as well as information about the change. Subscriber information is kept in the system, meaning that sending out changes in bulk is very simple.
Other Sharing Methods
Lists can also be distributed via a PDF, Email, or inviting a user to the platform to view the list within Cygnetise.
