System Usage

It is possible to view the organisation's system usage by navigating to Operational Settings -> System Usage.

Organisation Summary

The Organisation Summary provides the following data:

• Unique Signatories, with the total and active numbers. Active signatories are those who are attached to lists.
• Lists
• Share Links
• Unique Users, with a breakdown of user roles in brackets. As users can have more than one user role, the number in brackets is likely to exceed the number of unique users.

Lists Summary

The Lists Summary provides a breakdown of the number of signatories and share links per list.
