User Page

On the Users page, all the Organisation's users are displayed.

The index page shows user access permissions:

• Role by group (eg. Senior Admin)
• Organisational roles (eg. IT Admin)

You can also view login information:

• Last login date/time
• Account creation date/time

In addition, in the top right of the page there are some extra actions:

Download CSV

This is a CSV file that contains all of the user data for use in Excel.

Deleted

This shows a view of all the deleted users of the system. From here deleted users can also be anonymised. See Deleting and Anonymising Users for more information.

Invite

Clicking this will allow you to create and invite a new user. For more information, see Invite a New User.
