View a Deleted Entity

Once an entity has been deleted, all of the historical information related to it can still be accessed.

To view a deleted entity, click the Deleted button from the Entities page:

From here, you'll be able to see a list of all previously delete entites. These are searchable by name, the user who deleted the entity, and the date the entity was deleted.

Clicking into the entity will provide more information about it. From here you'll be able to view:

• The entity's history
• Removed signatories
• The entity (and PDF) at a specific point in time - this can be accessed using the same mechanism as in History of an Entity.

To go back to "live" entities, click the Active button in the top right of the Deleted Entity index:
