Viewing Attachments

From the Signatory

When viewing the signatory directly you can see either:

• A PDF image that can be clicked on to reveal the image, or
• The actual image if a .jpg or .png was uploaded

In the image above you can see the PDF on the left and the example (dummy) image on the right.

From the List

By default, anyone viewing the PDF will only see the attachment name. Clicking this will display the actual image or file.

It is also possible to append the attachment images to the list. This feature can be turned on by navigating to Operational Settings -> Signatory List and enabling 'Display Lists with Attachments'.

From the list page, there is an option to view the PDF with the attachments by clicking this button:

A share link where the attachments are appended can also be created by enabling the setting:
