Deleting and Anonymising Users

It is not currently possible to completely remove a user from the system, ie. 'hard delete', to ensure a full and complete audit trail.

However, it is possible to delete a user and anonymise them.

To delete a user:

• Click the rubbish bin icon next to the edit icon
• A modal will pop up to make sure you wish to delete the user

• Click confirm
• You will still be able to view this and any other deleted users by clicking the 'Deleted' button in the top right corner of the page

To anonymise a user:

• Click the spy icon:

• A modal will pop up with information about what the user will be referenced as going forward. This reference will be used anywhere the user's name would have been displayed, such as the audit logs.

• Click confirm
