History of an Entity

There are three different ways to interrogate the history of an entity.

To access the history options:

• Navigate to the entity you wish to interrogate
• Click on "History" from the Signatory List Actions panel

• You will notice there are three options to select from:

1. View History
2. Removed Signatories
3. Historical View

View History

Clicking this will take you to a page very similar to the one if clicking 'History' from the menu bar. The difference here is that the list is pre-filtered for the specific entity. Clicking into the description of any change will display more details.

Removed Signatories

Clicking this will display all signatories that have been removed from the entity, as well as the date they were removed.

Historical View

The historical view gives you the ability to see a snapshot of your authorised signatory list at any point in time. The historical view can be used for audit purposes, resolution of disputes or for checking against any old documentation.

The historical view can only go back as far as the data has been on Cygnetise.

The date and time can be changed in the top left. Click the update button after selecting the date you wish to view the list for.

The pink banner at the top of the screen will always indicate the date/time that is currently being displayed.

Clicking to view the PDF will display the data as of that date and it will be stamped with that date in the top right of the list.

At any point you can return to the current list but clicking on "Back to Current View" under Signatory List Actions.
