Legal Entity Field Settings

The system contains a selection of optional fields that can be applied across legal entities.

These can be found by navigating to Field Settings -> Legal Entities from the left hand menu bar.

The optional fields are:

• Country Code
• Company Code

To turn a field on at organisational level, select the chosen field from the dropdown list and click Update.

When creating a legal entity, that field will now appear.

Once a field is turned on at organisational level, it is possible to turn it on/off at legal entity level. This can be done by clicking Edit on the legal entity and selecting the required fields.
